Realme 11 Pro smartphone review – The designer phone with quick memory

One of the realme 11 Pro’s features which is the most advertized is its 100-megapixel main camera. Indeed, you can take photos with a resolution of 8,688 x 11,584 pixels using a special mode. Taking up 12 MB of storage, they also aren’t total memory hogs.

Normally, the phone puts lots of pixels together to create 12-megapixel images which take up a lot less storage and in most cases, are totally sufficient and offer better light sensitivity. Its image sharpness and detail isn’t quite on the same level as flagship smartphones, but in everyday use, you can definitely achieve decent photos.

In low-light conditions, you sadly quickly lose quite a lot of dynamic in darker areas but the images have a nice level of sharpness.

It’s a shame that the realme 11 Pro only has one usable camera on the back – it doesn’t feature a macro or wide-angle lens. Even if competitors’ lenses tend to have a low resolution, the presence of these special lenses does give you quite a bit more flexibility. In turn, realme offers quite a few photography software modes including a street photography mode which simulates different focal lengths. It also offers a mode which depicts starry skies really well.

Videos can be recorded in a maximum of 4K and 30 fps, and 60 fps is also possible in 1080p.

The front-facing camera has a resolution of 16 megapixels and can shoot usable selfies in good light, but they are slightly blurry and lack dynamic range when zoomed in.
