ARM Windows 2.0. | Qualcomm launches the new Snapdragon X Elite about nine months after the official announcement – with support from Microsoft and all the major laptop manufacturers. We were able to test the small X1E-78-100 as well as the X1E-80-100 and compare them with current chips from AMD, Apple and Intel.
